Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern (MHCI)
Walden University:
Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling
Sometimes life feels heavier than we can carry. It’s normal to feel out of control or uncertain about yourself in those moments. Past experiences, especially painful ones, can sometimes resurface and make everything feel overwhelming. You are not alone in feeling this way, and there are ways to work through these moments toward safety and stability.
I work from an integrative, humanistic, and person-centered foundation, believing that each individual has the capacity for growth, resilience, and self-understanding. I tailor every session to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based methods including CBT to help shift unhelpful thoughts, EMDR to process difficult memories, compassion-focused strategies to build self-kindness, and mindfulness to bring calm into your life. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward the changes you desire.
I meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you take the next steps toward growth and healing. With a growth mindset, we’ll work together to overcome challenges and build the tools you need for lasting success.
